Let’s Talk Bookish: The TBR

It’s time for Let’s Talk Bookish, a weekly meme created and hosted by Rukky @ Eternity Books and Dani @ Literary Lion where you chat about topics in the book world.

Today’s topic: The toppling TBR

Do you maintain a TBR physically, online or both?

Both. I try to keep my digital TBR to Goodreads (or my library holds list). My physically TBR isn’t so much a list as a shelf of books I’m planning to get to eventually.

How do you decide which books get to go on your TBR?

It sounds interesting. My standards are low. I’ll read anything once.

Do you ever “prune” your TBR to remove old books, how do you decide who stays and who goes?

I don’t do this. I see bloggers doing it all the time and I get anxiety like “BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT BOOK WON’T BE WORTH IT!”

How big is your TBR currently?

Like 600 books? Maybe more? Who knows. I’ll get to it eventually. And if I don’t my kids can sort out all my books when I die. They’ve thrown up on me. This is payback.
